Delivery
We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses. Products are fulfilled individually and may arrive in separate parcels.
Delivery timing varies by product. UK-stocked items are usually quicker; other products typically need 1–3 working days for processing followed by approximately 4–10 working days in transit. The product page shows the most relevant current estimate.
Any delivery charge is shown before payment. If an order is materially late, email trekpawz@gmail.com with your order number.
Returns and cancellation
You may cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Email us with your order number and the item you wish to return. After notifying us, return the item within 14 days using the return instructions we provide.
Return locations differ because products may be fulfilled through different routes. Contact us before sending anything back; we will provide the correct return address for that order. The ROADPUP LTD registered office is not a product returns address.
Items must be handled only as needed to inspect them and returned complete, clean and in resalable condition. You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns unless we confirm otherwise. Hygiene exclusions may apply to used pet bedding where the law permits.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights. Do not dispose of an item until we have confirmed the next step.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We may wait until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of return. This page does not limit your rights under UK consumer law.
