Cancellation and change-of-mind returns

You may cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Email trekpawz@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. After notifying us, return the item within 14 days using the return instructions we provide.

Return locations differ because products may be fulfilled through different routes. Contact us before sending anything back; we will provide the correct return address for that order. The ROADPUP LTD registered office is not a product returns address.

Items must be handled only as needed to inspect them and returned complete, clean and in resalable condition. You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns unless we confirm otherwise. Statutory exclusions may apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights. Do not dispose of an item until we have confirmed the next step.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We may wait until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of return. Standard outbound delivery charges are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
