Where we deliver

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Products may be fulfilled separately and may arrive in more than one parcel.

Processing and delivery estimates

Delivery timing varies by product. UK-stocked products are usually quicker. Other products typically require 1–3 working days for processing followed by approximately 4–10 working days in transit. The product page shows the most relevant estimate available when you order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Charges and tracking

Any delivery charge is shown before payment. Tracking information is provided after dispatch where available.

Delays and address problems

If an order is materially late, or you notice an address error, email trekpawz@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has started.
