Care and safety
Wipe the frame with a soft damp cloth and dry it before folding or storing. Follow the cushion care label. Use the internal tether with a harness, never a collar. Apply the parking brake when stationary and never leave a pet unattended.

Yes. It lifts away from the stroller frame and has an integrated carry handle.
Is it suitable for rough terrain?
